Greener Acres Market Days
Greener Acres Market Days in Victoria Texas is booking vendors, food trucks, promotional booths, activities and attractions.
We are currently booking for our next event on April 7th as well as all our upcoming event dates in 2018.
We've had a great vendor response, and are looking to add more especially in the areas of antique, "repurposed", unique craftsmen vendors in any and all mediums, ironworks, leatherworks, wood craftsmen, cottage food and farmers market/farm stand, etc..
We are wide open in the type of vendors we will offer; however, we are limiting similar type booths to give our vendors the best chance at success. Come be a part of our event and help make it a success not only for you, but for everyone planning on attending!
For the vendor:
* Easy set -up/take down with the ability to drive within feet of your site.
*Early set ups are welcome the afternoon/evening the day prior to the event.
* Assistance is available for those vendors who might need a little help with set-up.
* We are limiting similar type booths to give the vendor the best opportunity to be successful.
* Attendants will be available to give solo vendors a breaks if needed.
* Booth size is 12 x 12 (but we can accommodate any size or trailer, with advance notice, just contact us)
* Booth cost: $30 before March 29th
$40 before April 5th; thereafter with late fees.
* We will be highlighting many of our vendors prior to the event on facebook, Instagram and Twitter to create pre-show interest in your products.
*We are located less than one mile from the city limits of Victoria.
This puts vendors at the lower county tax rate.
*Food Trucks attending will be limited in order to allow for variety but also the best opportunity for success.
*Food Trucks will not be charged a set up fee but will be subject to a holding deposit.
If this deposit is applied it will be refunded upon attendance.
*We allow for vendors to attend up to two events a year without requiring you to obtain a sales tax ID- this is a great way to “get your feet wet” or unload some of the “junk” you’ve been looking to sell.
*We limit the number of booth spaces at each event in order to allow for a less overwhelming experience and a better opportunity for a successful day for those attending.
*Overnight security is provided for our two day events.
*Two Day event booking is open to those interested in booking one or both days.
For our Guests:
* Hoping to offer a wide variety of products as well as food/drink.
*Music to be played throughout the event.
*Activities & entertainment for the public.
*Shaded seating to visit & enjoy the atmosphere while attending.
*Discounts for advance booking of multiple events available.
*limited spaces to Power access are available at an additional fee.
Greener Acres Market Days is located on the corner of Nursery and Wearden in Victoria TX 77904
Nursery is a feeder road that runs along the railroad tracks beside TX Hwy 87
